This is the homepage of Brian Franklin, an ex police officer from Ft. Worth.
On Monday, December 12, 2016, Brian’s retrial began. Brian testified for about four hours on Thursday. The jury of six women and six men began their deliberations on Friday, December 16, 2016. The jury returned their verdict of NOT GUILTY in less than two hours. Brian and his family, friends, and supporters are elated, thanking God for His intervention to free an actually innocent man!!! Brian is also very thankful to the jury who listened to the evidence, saw the truth, and quickly delivered a not guilty verdict. Although Brian has been vindicated, he will not rest until he is totally exonerated. Brian hopes he can work with the Tarrant County DA’s Office for his exoneration. However, with or without the DA’s Office, Brian will be exonerated. Brian is deeply in debt due to legal bills that were necessary to prove his innocence, and so he has set up a go fund me site for donations from supporters of Brian, truth, and justice! https://www.gofundme.com/Brian-Franklin
In the document section of this site, you can find a synopsis of the case, Court Order from Judge Salvant, newspaper article, polygraph examiner affadavit, and an affadavit from the former Procecuter in Brian's case.
